- Pro-rated Refunds: If you cancel your subscription after the 14-day period but before the end of your billing cycle, we may issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.
2. Eligibility for Refunds

- Your account must be in good standing.
- You must submit your refund request within the applicable refund period.
- For the 14-day money-back guarantee, you must be a first-time subscriber to the plan for which you are requesting a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period (except for pro-rated refunds as described above).
- Any add-on services or features purchased separately from the main subscription.
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
6. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue refunds for the remaining time on your current plan when you downgrade.
7. Free Trial Conversions
If you convert from a free trial to a paid subscription, the 14-day money-back guarantee period begins on the date of conversion to the paid plan, not the start date of your free trial.
